Terms of Service

Harsha Yalamati grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Memoria on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You own all journal entries, notes, and media you create in Memoria. We claim no rights over your content.

Your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, it is stored in your private iCloud account — we have no access to it.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security or privacy features
• Redistribute or resell access to Memoria

Your privacy is our core principle. See our full Privacy Policy for details. The short version: your entries stay on your device and are never accessed by us.

Memoria is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use the app at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harsha Yalamati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Memoria.

Memoria may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Memoria after changes constitutes acceptance. The last-updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
